Practice-based Learning
Structured practice sits at the centre of the classroom experience.
Kant Learning is a high-engagement, practice-based learning methodology developed by Hridayesh Kant, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee.
The methodology is designed to create a more engaging classroom experience through structured practice, active participation, group-based learning and competency-oriented progression.
BTGF supports the implementation of Kant Learning programmes across schools, including government and private institutions.

Structured practice sits at the centre of the classroom experience.
Students take an active role rather than remaining passive listeners.
Learning together helps students explain, question and reinforce concepts.
Progression is oriented around competencies rather than coverage alone.
Kant Learning provides the methodology and educational solution, while BTGF supports implementation and institutional engagement.
Through this partnership, we aim to make innovative learning opportunities accessible to a wider range of students and contribute towards improving learning outcomes. Together, we seek to bring engaging learning opportunities to more children.
Schools and educational institutions can collaborate with BTGF on Kant Learning implementation.
